Native integration on the BlackBerry requires the subscriber's mobile phone plan have the "BlackBerry Enterprise Data." These plans are typically $6 to $15 p/mo depending on the provider. Many BlackBerry users may already have this on their plan. They need to check with their carrier or review their phone bill.

It is important not to confuse "Blackberry Enterprise Data" (BED) with the "Blackberry Data Plan" as the ''Enterprise'' Data plan which allows the phone to sync with a BlackBerry ''Enterprise'' Server (BES). The data plan is just for general internet data.

The Blackberry user will need to update a code on their plan to point the BED services to XMission. Please contact support@xmission.com or your sales agent to get this code.
