  1. Click Tools and select Accounts.
  1. Click Add and select Email Account, then click Next.
  1. In the field labeled Display Name, type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages.
  2. Click Next.
  3. In the field labeled Email Address, type your XMission email address
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select POP3 from the drop down menu. In the field labeled Incoming mail POP3 or IMAP server:, type mail.xmission.com.
  6. In the field labeled Outgoing mail SMTP server:, type mail.xmission.com then, click Next
  1. In the Account Name field, type your XMission username.
  2. In the Password field, type the password for your XMission account.
  3. Click Finish then, click Close.
