  1. Click on Tools and select Email Accounts.

  3. Select Add a new email account.
  4. Click Next.

  7. Click Next.

  9. In the field labeled Your Name:, type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages.
  10. In the field labeled Email Address, type your XMission email address.
  11. In the field labeled Incoming mail server (POP3):, type mail.xmission.com.
  12. In the field labeled Outgoing mail server (SMTP):, type mail.xmission.com.
  13. In the User Name: field, enter your XMission username.
  14. In the Password: field, enter your password. If you'd like Outlook to remember your password, check Rememebr password
  15. Click Next.
