Open Outlook
Click Tools, then click Email Accounts/span>.
Select View or change existing email accounts and click Next.
double click the account "mail.xmission.com", or select mail.xmission.comand click Change.
Change the following information
1. Username: yourFullEmailAddress@youdomain.com
2. Incoming Server: zimbra.xmission.com
3. Outgoing Server: zimbra.xmission.com
Click More Settings and click the Outgoing server tab.
Check the box that says, "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication."
