The Zimbra Web Client can Import and Export contacts in CSV (comma-separated value) format. You can find this functionality in the Import/Export section of Preferences.
For importing, it supports the following variations of CSV:
- Account contacts (other Zimbra systems)
- Outlook 2003 Contacts
- Outlook Contacts
- Thunderbird Contacts
- Yahoo! Contacts
- Windows Live! Contacts
If you are importing from another source, can try auto-detect or you can edit the .CSV file in Excel to make the format match Zimbra's. The only difference between various CSV formats are the column names.
