Your primary accounts username and global customerID can be found on the Account Home landing page of your XMission Control Panel. Your account may have multiple services, with each service having their own username. However your account will have a primary username, and only one customerID. This landing page will display that information.

Your account allows for multiple contacts to be added to your account to complete certain tasks. Your account with come with the account owner set as the Primary contact, however you can add multiple primaries if needed.
 
 
 
To add new contacts, or edit existing users, navigate to the Authorized Contacts section of your XMission Control Panels Account Home page.
