Eudora 4 for Mac Setup

1. Open Eudora by double-clicking on the Eudora icon in the Eudora Application 4.x program folder.
2. Click Special and select Settings.

   

3. Getting Started should now be open. In the Real name field type your full name or whatever name you would like to appear on your outgoing mail.
4. In the Username field, type in your XMission username (this is also the first part of your email address).
5. In the MailHost field type mail.xmission.com.
6. In the Return address field, type your XMission email address.

   

7. Select Hosts from the menu on the left.
8. In the field labeled SMTP:, type in mail.xmission.com.
9. Click on OK.

   

10. Click on the In button to view your inbox.

    

Congratulations! You should now see your Inbox. You're ready to start sending and receiving email.
