Filters allow users to manage the way that e-mails are sorted when they arrive to your inbox. Below we've included screenshots that will help walk you through the process of setting up filters/rules for both the classic and modern Zimbra interfaces.

Zimbra modern

The modern interface is very similar to classic in terms of functionality, the only biggest difference is how information is displayed. Thankfully the process for checking on/adding filters is going to be roughly the same.
