XMission Voice has digital voicemail enabled by default, this removes the need to have a phone system that comes with an answering machine. However, if you prefer to use the built in answering machine please contact XMission Support to disable the voicemail.  


* You will need to first set up your pin number from your home phone in order to access voicemail while away from home or using the online portal. Dial * 98 from your home phone, select option 0 and then option 5.
* Access Voicemail on your web browser via [https://call.xmission.com https://call.xmission.com]
* To access your voicemail from your home phone, simply dial *98. You'll be prompted to enter your set pin number.
* To access your voicemail while away from your home dial you personal phone number. Once your recorded message starts you will dial * (star) to interrupt the recording. If done correctly, you should be prompted to enter your set pin number.
