Voicemail

XMission Voice has digital voicemail enabled by default, this removes the need to have a phone system that comes with an answering machine. However, if you prefer to use the built in answering machine please contact XMission Support to disable the voicemail. You will need to first set up your pin number from your home phone in order to access voicemail while away from home or using the online portal. Dial * 98 from your home phone, select option 0 and then option 5. Access Voicemail on your web browser via https://call.xmission.com To access your voicemail from your home phone, simply dial *98. You'll be prompted to enter your set pin number. To access your voicemail while away from your home dial you personal phone number. Once your recorded message starts you will dial * (star) to interrupt the recording. If done correctly, you should be prompted to enter your set pin number. To access your voicemail away from home using our XMission Voice Portal. First you'll have to request access to our customer portal by contacting XMission Support. A registration email will be sent to a valid e-mail address where you'll be prompted to create a Password and update your pin number from our default.
