This example created a filter that looks for any message with unwanted@spam.com in the From: line and moves it to the
Deleted Items folder.
- Click Tools, go to Message Rules, then select Mail.

- In this example, under Select the Conditions for your rule, select Where the From line contains people.
- In this example, under Select the Actions for your rule, select Move it to the specified folder.
- In this example, two links show up in the Rule Description window. Click on the first link labeled contains people.

- In the Select People window, enter the email address(es) that you would like to filter, clicking Add after each one
- Click OK.

- Now, under Rule Description, click on the specified link.
- Select the folder you would like to have the email moved to. We've selected Deleted Items.
- Click on OK.

- In the Name of rule box, specify a name for your rule. We've called ours "Spam Rule".
- Click on OK.
