Below you will find a list of common modem/routers. In most cases a simple power cycle of your modem/router will fix most issues.

To do this - Simply unplug the power from the back of the router. This is usually the black cable. Leave it unplugged for at minimum 30 seconds. Plug your modem/router back in and test your connection.

Make sure your DSL light is solid and not flashing. If it is flashing their may be a connectivity issue with Century Link. Make sure your Internet Light is solid. Red usually indicates you may have the wrong username/password configured in your modem No light usually indicates you don't have a username/password configured in your modem.

In this case you will want to select your modem from the list below, and follow the instructions to enter your username/password. If your modem is not listed give us a call and we will be happy to help you out.

If your are having issues with your wireless. Make sure your connection is working by plugging a computer directly into your router and test for connectivity. In most cases the issue may just be the wireless connectivity, and a simple power cycle will normally fix this.
